Our core service is a subscription service which includes an Internet-based newsletter/video newsletter, and access to our members-only site. We charge a monthly fee for this service. There may be an introductory rate for this service, as advertised on our site and via other means from time to time.
You may cancel at any time by logging in to the membership site here and following the prompts for cancellation. It is necessary to follow these steps to assure your cancellation request is fully recognized by our system. If there is a malfunction of this system, you may contact us at info@cheatthestreet.com to request cancellation.
If you cancel before the end of the introductory period, your introductory rate will be refunded but only on your written request (via email to info@cheatthestreet.com).
If you cancel after the end of the introductory period, there will be no refund of the current month's subscription except in the case of an error by cheatthestreet.com or Hidden River Investment Group, Inc. in which case the current month's subscription fee will be refunded on request. However, once your cancellation is properly entered into the subscription management page, there will be no additional monthly billings. If we inadvertently bill you for additional monthly fees after that time, we will refund them as soon as we learn about them.
Products other than monthly subscription service
From time to time, we may offer a product other than our monthly subscription service. In such cases, our return/refund policy will be a full refund on written request (info@cheatthestreet.com) within 30 days of your order. If we sent you merchandise, you will be required to return it postmarked before the end of that time, excluding any bonuses you are entitled to keep, in order to obtain your refund. If your order was fulfilled electronically, then you will only be required to notify us electronically within the allotted time in order to obtain a refund.
If different terms are offered on our site
If we offer refund terms on our site that are broader than this, they will apply. If we fail to offer refund terms, or we offer terms that are less broad than this, then the terms on this page will apply.
